Heart Circulation Kit (XL size project) with tubing, balls and full instructions
2 x wooden exercise dice (1 with time, the other with exercise techniques)
 
There is an optional extra project that can be added if you would like a bit more:
Skipping Rope and Challenge Dice (Medium size project)
 
Everything needed to construct the projects are included inside the kit with full instructions
