New year, not a New you!

Updated: Jan 2, 2023

I hope that you all had a lovely Christmas, maybe you spent time with your family, maybe you had a busy time or maybe a quiet time - all of which are fine (and of course you took part in some STEM activities!) I just hope you all had a good one.

This New Year I wanted to share 5 things…

  1. Remember that a New Year doesn’t mean we have to become a whole new person! You have grown and developed so much in the last year, just keep going!

  2. Write a list of all the good things you can remember from 2022. Write down your wishes for 2023 too. Maybe your list will include some of the good things from 2022 or it may be completely different!

  3. This year spend time with the people that matter to you and spend time doing the things that you love.

  4. Along with the amazing times there might be sad times too. The bravest thing you can do is ask for help. Talk to your family and friends (and be a good listener too!)

  5. This is the most important one Sparrow wants to share with you……You are MORE than enough just as you are. You don’t need to become a new you, just be yourself!

Happy New Year from Anupa a.k.a Sparrowlegs

I love this, I hope my boys have another great year and grow more as confident young boys.
